Planning a party or a special event?  A Graduation, a wedding, family reunion or a simple family picnic.  Let us help you by supplying your next meat dish, precooked and ready to heat and eat.  Our Shredded pork is a party favorite, slow roasted and seasoned with Dale’s own recipe.   Contact us now to place your order.  Dale’s shredded pork is $6.75/lb 1 pound will provide 4-5 servings. Wagner Farm Pork Concessions & Catering was started in 2001 by Dale & Kelly Wagner, as a subsidiary business of Wagner Farm Pork. We are a unique business in that 100 % of the pork products that we serve are home grown by Allen & Jackie on the century farm.  This allows us to serve fresh, healthy preservative free pork to our customers.  Operating from the Walter & Fannie Mautz homestead in Marion County, Ohio, our concession business can be found at various events throughout the year.  This includes the Marion Farmers Market every Thursday afternoon starting in May, located in the Southland Mall Sears parking lot.  We also provide a catering service for small parties, receptions and banquets for up to 150 people.  Our concessions & catering offers a wide variety of pork products featuring a family recipe for our renowned shredded pork. Additionally we offer 4 choices of brats, 2 choices of sausage and a boneless rib sandwich.  For your special occasions, choose from a variety of our delicious side dishes.
